Each batch of raw materials will provide a product raw material inspection report, so that the quality can be truly grasped from the source.

Product Performance Testing

  • Compatibility test

    Pesticide heat storage experiment (54°, 14 days), weightlessness, discoloration, appearance deformation, recommend the best bottles and caps (polyester bottles, barrier bottles, PE bottles)

  • Production testing

    Testing according to product standards: air leakage experiments such as appearance, weight, wall thickness of barrier layer, etc., with side drainers (export products, per bottle)

  • Physical experiment

    Conduct experiments in accordance with UN test standards

    dian Drop test: 1.8M (within 3 minutes after freezing)

    dian Stacking test: 40°, 28 days
